Biophotonics in medical interaction

Lund University Medical Laser Center (LUMLAC) is acting as a virtual platform for research teams bridging biophotonic science to clinical medicine, with partners predominantly from the faculties of medicine and engineering.


Biophotonics is a strongly developing research field which has provided the opportunity of developing new efficient, reliable and non-invasive diagnostic tools in health care - such as new means of characterization and monitoring of tissue.
